🧾 BCA GoOne Agreement – Summary

GoOne Digital Marketplace, operated under KG Trading Company, is a digital services platform.
A BCA (Business Correspondent Agency) acts as a freelance marketing channel partner to expand GoOne’s network at the ground level.

🎯 Role of the BCA:

1. Create Marketing Channel Partner (Online Service Center)Team

2. Appoint and train DSC (District Services Center) in various districts.

3. Help launch and support DCSP (Distributor Courier Service Points) in towns and cities.

4. Promote GoOne’s services in the local area.

5. Guide their team to maintain professionalism, ethics, and performance.

💰 What Does the BCA Earn?

1. Referral Commission:
   25% commission on the income of freelancers referred by the BCA.

2. DCSP & DSC Team Commission:
   5% monthly commission on the total income generated by their DCSP and DSC team (up to ₹10 lakh/month cap).

3. Digital Smart Card Sales:
   ₹5 commission for every digital card sold by their team.

⚠️ Termination Conditions:

The agreement will be cancelled if the BCA:

• Defames or spreads negativity about GoOne,

• Misguides the team or customers,

• Engages in fraud or unethical practices.
