Team: Leading a team of 5 Assistant Managers
Team Coordination:
Collaborate with a team of 5 Assistant Managers to plan and execute all field-level activities efficiently within the assigned area.
Partner Network Development:
Identify, onboard, and support Marketing Partners, Distribution Partners, and Service Partners in the designated area.
Explain the business model, earning potential, and growth opportunities to new partners.
Smart Education Project Execution:
Conduct live demonstrations of the Smart Education System in schools.
Engage with school management and staff, deliver presentations, and provide training and support.
Local Manufacturer Outreach:
Approach local manufacturers and present demos of Smart Digital Marketing and automation solutions.
Introduce opportunities for them to integrate with service or distribution channels.
Territory Authorization & Monitoring:
Authorize the working territory of Service Partners and Distributors.
Monitor performance, ensure standards, and provide on-ground support.
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication skills in local language and Hindi
Background in sales, marketing, and partner onboarding
Experience in school outreach or EdTech is preferred
District/Block level assignments (as per organizational requirements)
₹16,300 – ₹33,500 (Fixed Salary) + Performance-based Incentives
