Team Leadership: Responsible for managing a team of 6 Area Development Managers
Reporting To: Zonal Manager
Team Leadership & Supervision:
Lead and guide a team of 6 ADMs across multiple territories.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance and provide ongoing support and feedback.
Ensure that all team targets and deliverables are met on time.
Business Development & Expansion:
Plan and execute strategies to expand the network of Distributors, Marketing Partners, and Service Partners.
Oversee the execution of school demos, manufacturer outreach, and market penetration plans.
Territory Planning & Performance Monitoring:
Analyze performance reports submitted by ADMs and use the data to optimize strategies.
Track area-wise growth, identify gaps, and implement improvement actions.
Client Relations & Partner Management:
Finalize deals and build relationships with schools, business units, and large distributor networks.
Ensure long-term partnerships through timely support and communication.
Target Achievement & Revenue Growth:
Set monthly/quarterly targets for the ADM team and ensure goal achievement.
Drive consistent business growth across all assigned regions.
Proven experience in team management and leadership
3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or partner/channel development
Strong communication and negotiation skills (Hindi + English/local language)
Target-driven and strategic mindset
Background in EdTech, Distribution, or Rural Business Development is a plus
Multi-district / Zonal level, with local field visits and team coordination
₹26,000 – ₹56,000 (Fixed Salary) + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance
