Zonal Manager – Job Overview

  • Role Type: Administration + Business Development + Field & Office Support

  • Primary Objective: Drive Sales Growth & Business Development while managing field operations and coordinating office support functions.

Team Structure (Reporting to Zonal Manager)

  • 5 Area Sales Managers – Responsible for achieving sales targets & market expansion

  • 5 Area Service Managers – Responsible for customer service & support operations

  • Office Support Staff – Representative(s) & HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve zonal sales and revenue growth targets

  • Plan and execute business development strategies

  • Supervise Area Sales & Service Managers

  • Coordinate between field operations and office support functions

  • Oversee HR & administrative functions at the zonal level

  • Report performance and growth updates to Regional/Head Office

👉 Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹43,750 per month 

  • 0.025% incentive from sales turnover of selected area.

  •  Monthly Performance Award for Outstanding Achievement as the Best ASM.

  • Travel allowance as per company policy 

  • Additional incentives may be offered for exceeding goals
  • Salary will be paid weekly into the bank account.
