Our Distribution Structure:
1. Super Distribution :

Oversee the entire distribution system in country (North, South, East, West, and Central).

2. Prime Distribution:

Cover specific zones with in state .

Act as a bridge between Super Distribution and Distributor Courier Service Points (DCSP).

Ensure seamless coordination between zones for efficient operations.
3. Distributor Courier Service Point (DCSP):

Manage last-mile B2B delivery and local inventory effectively.

Partner with local businesses and courier services to optimize delivery routes.

Focus on maintaining delivery schedules and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- The authorized area of earning revenue of one DCSP will be around 15 post offices.
- DPSP operates as a franchisee in an authorized area.
- Income Type:
- Pickup Commission: 10% GoOne NTC’s Invoice.
- Delivery Commission: 20% GoOne NTC’s Invoice.
- Store Commission: up to 5% GoOne NTC’s Invoice.
4. Delivery Partner:

Serve as collection and distribution hubs for both customers and sellers.

Offer value-added services, including returns management and express deliveries.

Engage delivery personnel (delivery boys) for timely and efficient service execution.

The authorized area of earning revenue of one DCSP will be around 3 post offices.
- There will be a delivery partner for food delivery, local delivery and ride service.
- Income Type:
- Partner Commission: 10% Delivery price.
- Self Delivery Commission: According goods.
- Delivery Referral Commission: 25% Delivery boys earning.
- Note: The delivery partner must have at least 5 delivery persons from all three categories in his/her selected area before starting the deliveries.
