District Service Center (DSC):

1. DSC – District Service Center (District Level) 

  • Fees: ₹11,000 (Prime Membership + Onboarding)

  • Authorized By: ZM, BDM, ADM

  • Job Consultancy Management

💸 DSC Earnings Structure

🟢 A. Service Management (GoOne Digital Services)

  • GoOne charges a 20% Referral Order Commission from each service provider.

  • Distribution of Commission:

    • 10% – Local Service Partner

    • 5% – DDA

    • 5% – GoOne Internal Team

Note: DDA earns their 5% share only when services are delivered within their authorized district.


🟠 B. Job Consultancy Management (via Friends Job Consultancy)

🧾 About Friends Job Consultancy:

  • A partner company of GoOne, but not limited to GoOne.

  • Provides pan-India job consultancy and placement services for candidates and employers.

✅ Consultancy Fee Structure:

  • A 5% consultancy fee is typically charged from employers only.

  • No fee is charged from candidates.

💰 Fee Sharing Logic for DSC:

Only candidate is from DSC's district 🔹 10%
Only employer is from DSC's district 🔹 40%

📊 Earning Estimate Example according working:

Service Managment

Estimated Monthly: ₹10 Lakh + (Estimated service type 100 X 25 town/ big village in District X ₹15 earning one service X 30 Day in month one order per day = ₹11,25,000

Job Placment 

  • Basic Monthly Salary = ₹10,000

  • 5% Consultancy Fee = ₹6000/year per employee

  • Assume 20 manufacturers hiring 10 employees each = 200 placements

  • If only employers are from DDA’s district:
    ₹6000 × 200 = ₹12,00,000 × 40% = ₹4,80,000 potential annual income

Regional Services Center

✅ Why the Company Needs Regional Service Centers (RSC)

To effectively expand its reach and deliver services at the grassroots level, the Company requires Regional Service Centers (RSCs) that can act as local operational hubs. These centers help in implementing projects across multiple districts by managing local teams, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining regular communication with the beneficiaries. RSCs play a critical role in building trust with local stakeholders, customizing solutions to regional needs, and ensuring the smooth execution of company projects like Smart Education, Service Provider Integration, and Job Consultancy. Their on-ground presence is essential for achieving scalability, efficiency, and better service outcomes.

Regional Service Center Agreement

1. Parties to the Agreement

This Service Agency Agreement ("Agreement") is made between:
1. GoOne Digital Marketplace, hereinafter referred to as the "Company", and
2. Regional Service Center, hereinafter referred to as the "RSC".

This Agreement is valid for a period of 24 months and covers up to a maximum of 25 districts.

2. Scope of Work & Project Involvement

RSC will be involved in the following projects and will earn as per the structure below:

  • Smart Education Project – ₹5 per student
  • Service Provider Project – 1.25% of service value
  • Job Consultancy Project – 10% from employer

Note: Capping: 20 lakh per month

3. Office Structure of RSC

RSC shall establish a regional office with the following minimum personnel:
• Manager – Overall operations control
• Coordinator – Staff coordination & Requirement 
• Representative – Public interaction
• Business Development Manager – Zone-wise development
• Area Development Manager – District development
• Assistant Manager – Training & service support

4. Surety Amount & Refund Terms

Surety Deposit: ₹20,00,000 (Twenty Lakh Rupees Only)

5. Obligations of RSC

  • Implement company projects at district level
  • Recruit and train local teams
  • Submit monthly reports and meet assigned targets
  • Maintain operational transparency

6. Rights of the Company

  • Audit and evaluate RSC performance
  • Suspend refund or terminate agreement upon breach of terms

7. Termination Clause

The Company may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ notice if RSC fails to comply with the terms.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

All legal matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Company’s Head Office kurukshetra, Haryana.
