GoOne charges a 20% Referral Order Commission from each service provider.
Distribution of Commission:

Note: DDA earns their 5% share only when services are delivered within their authorized district.

Job Placment
Basic Monthly Salary = ₹10,000
5% Consultancy Fee = ₹6000/year per employee
Assume 20 manufacturers hiring 10 employees each = 200 placements
If only employers are from DDA’s district:
₹6000 × 200 = ₹12,00,000 × 40% = ₹4,80,000 potential annual income

To effectively expand its reach and deliver services at the grassroots level, the Company requires Regional Service Centers (RSCs) that can act as local operational hubs. These centers help in implementing projects across multiple districts by managing local teams, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining regular communication with the beneficiaries. RSCs play a critical role in building trust with local stakeholders, customizing solutions to regional needs, and ensuring the smooth execution of company projects like Smart Education, Service Provider Integration, and Job Consultancy. Their on-ground presence is essential for achieving scalability, efficiency, and better service outcomes.
Regional Service Center Agreement
This Service Agency Agreement ("Agreement") is made between:
1. GoOne Digital Marketplace, hereinafter referred to as the "Company", and
2. Regional Service Center, hereinafter referred to as the "RSC".
This Agreement is valid for a period of 24 months and covers up to a maximum of 25 districts.
RSC will be involved in the following projects and will earn as per the structure below:
Note: Capping: 20 lakh per month
RSC shall establish a regional office with the following minimum personnel:
• Manager – Overall operations control
• Coordinator – Staff coordination & Requirement
• Representative – Public interaction
• Business Development Manager – Zone-wise development
• Area Development Manager – District development
• Assistant Manager – Training & service support
