This Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) explains the service-based operational framework of GoOne Digital Marketplace.

✔️ This is not an investment, MLM, deposit, or scheme
✔️ No fixed or guaranteed income is promised
✔️ All earnings are service-based, performance-linked, and review-driven
✔️ Channel Partners and service associates are not employees or investors

Please read the complete SOP carefully before any engagement.

1. Objective

The objective of GoOne Digital Marketplace is to bring local shopkeepers, service providers, digital workers, and customers onto an integrated digital ecosystem in India, in order to:

  • Promote digital sales and local services
  • Create employment and skill-based earning opportunities
  • Ensure service quality, transparency, and accountability

This SOP is an operational policy document and does not constitute any form of investment, deposit, or guaranteed income scheme.

🔔 GoOne Booking Function (User-Centric Model)

On the GoOne platform, all users can book services according to their available time, ensuring they receive the best, verified, and nearby service.

Users can choose between:

  • Instant booking
  • Scheduled booking (for a later time/date)

The GoOne system automatically assigns the best-rated and authorized partner in the area.

3. Business Model Declaration (Legal Basis)

GoOne operates on a Service Partnership Business Model:

  • No individual or partner is considered an Investor
  • Any amount paid or contributed is:
    • ❌ Not an investment
    • ❌ Not a loan
    • ❌ Not a deposit or fixed deposit

All earnings are strictly based on actual service delivery, realized customer payments, and performance.

No fixed, assured, or guaranteed returns are promised.

Passive Income & Pension Facility Model

  1. Re-Order Earning: Whenever a customer or shopkeeper places an order on the GoOne platform, the person who created that account (or their nominee) continues to earn a lifetime income in the form of a commission every single time.
  2. Earning from Sellers: For every order received by shopkeepers (merchants) affiliated with the GoOne platform, the individual who created that account (or their nominee) continues to earn a lifelong income in the form of a commission on every single transaction.
  3. Earning from Service Providers: For every order received by any service provider affiliated with the GoOne platform, the individual who created that account (or their nominee) continues to earn a lifetime income in the form of a commission on every single transaction.

6% on business volume

All commissions are indicative, variable, and payable only upon actual service execution and realization of customer payments.

8. Roles & Responsibilities (Summary)

Employees (Salary-Based)

  • Fixed salary as per appointment letter
  • Attendance, HR policies, and applicable labour laws apply

Channel / Service Partners

  • Independent service providers
  • No salary; earnings are commission-based only
  • No employer–employee relationship

9. Merchant Onboarding Policy

  • KYC and business verification are mandatory
  • Platform listing is completely FREE
  • No joining fees, weekly fees, or hidden charges
  • Referral service fees:
    • Product: 3%
    • Service: 21%
    • Valuer: 12%

10. Training SOP

  • Online and field-based training
  • Indicative duration: according roles 
  • Completion of training does not guarantee income

11. Earnings, Payment & Reporting

  • Commission payouts via bank transfer only
  • Weekly / Monthly statements provided
  • No cash payments without proper receipt
  • Reporting through DAR or internal software systems

12. Compliance, Data Privacy & Ethics

  • Compliance with the IT Act, 2000 and the DPDP Act, 2023
  • Data misuse is strictly prohibited
  • Unauthorized fee collection is punishable

13. Disciplinary Action

  • Written warning
  • Suspension or training review
  • Termination or agreement cancellation

Pending payouts, if any, shall be subject to audit.

14. Growth & Expansion Policy

  • Area mapping based on post-office or regions boundaries
  • No overlap between assigned areas
  • Expansion approvals are performance-based

15. District Operations Partner (Member of District Management)– Service Model

Indicative Service Capacity represents the operational scale and support scope and does not constitute any assurance of income, profit, or business volume.

Use of Service Level Fee

The Service Level Fee collected from District Operations Partners is utilized solely for the following operational purposes:

  • Infrastructure setup and software systems
    • Manpower deployment, coordination, and training
    • Operations management and ongoing support

Clarification: The Service Level Fee is charged for operational readiness and service facilitation only and does not constitute an investment, deposit, or capital contribution. No assured income or return is linked to this fee.

16. Monthly Operational Cost Disclosure (Transparency)

GoOne incurs regular operational expenses, including but not limited to:

  • Office rent and utilities
    • Staff salaries and statutory costs
    • Technology, software, and server infrastructure
    • Marketing, logistics, and operational support

These expenses are met solely through actual business revenue generated from services and platform operations.

No partner payment, service level fee, or onboarding amount is used to provide any fixed, assured, or guaranteed return to any individual or partner.

18. Monthly Capping per Service Level Category Partner:

  • ₹12 Lakhs + GST ​​(SLCP) → Maximum ₹42,000. Earnings are entirely linked to Column No. 17 (Business Turnover)—specifically service-based and actual performance.
  • There will be no restrictions on earnings from self-work.
  • There are no restrictions on earnings from business turnover for selected categories and regions.

19.  District Operations Partner Service Model Agreement Term

  • The revenue from Automation/Security/Safety products, Smart Skills Training Program, Marketing Tools/Digital Utilities, Smart Card, and Digital Student Diary is valid for 30 months from the date of signing this agreement; thereafter, only the service provider's earnings will be received.

  • “This amount is an operational expense only.
    Any income or commission reflected on the platform is neither paid nor guaranteed by GoOne as company income.
    All such earnings are facilitated and transferred strictly on a nominee-to-nominee basis between independent service participants, arising solely from actual service execution, customer realization, and performance.
    GoOne acts only as a technology and service facilitation platform and is not a party to such earnings.”

20. District Operations Partner (DOP) Fee – Refund Policy (After 30 Months)

  1. The District Service Level Fee paid by the District Operations Partner (DOP) is primarily utilized by GoOne for:

    • Platform access and software support

    • Training and capacity building

    • District-level operational setup

    • Manpower coordination and service facilitation

    • Ongoing operational support

  2. If the DOP chooses to terminate the agreement after completion of 30 months, the following process shall apply:

    a) GoOne will conduct a financial assessment of the commission received by DOP over a 30-month period, which includes the following:

    • Automation / Security / Safety Products

    • Smart Skills Training Program
    • E-Vehicle (MEET Products)
    • Discount Smart Card
    • Digital Student Diary
    • Platform Service Fee & Channel partner onboarding
    • Software/website/Apps Service
    • Local Service Partner Onboarding
    • Service Provider Business

    b) If any balance amount remains after deduction, such balance shall be refunded to the DOP along with 9% simple interest per annum, calculated only on the remaining refundable amount.

    c) If the assessed operational cost is equal to or greater than the original fee paid, no refund shall be payable to the DOP.

    d) Any refund, if applicable, shall be processed only after:

    • Formal written termination request by the DOP

    • Final audit and settlement by GoOne

    • Clearance of all dues, liabilities, or obligations of the DOP

  3. This refund policy does not constitute an investment return, deposit repayment, or guaranteed reimbursement. The District Service Level Fee remains a non-refundable operational facilitation charge, subject only to the conditional settlement mechanism described above.

21. Termination for Misconduct, Interference & Fraud

Zero Tolerance Policy Clause

It is hereby expressly agreed that:

  1. If the District Service Operations Partner (DSOP), directly or indirectly, engages in any of the following acts:

    • Interfering with, obstructing, or disrupting the duties and operations of GoOne employees, staff, or management

    • Committing or attempting any form of fraud, forgery, misrepresentation, false commitments, fake onboarding, or data manipulation

    • Creating or promoting an unhealthy, disruptive, or hostile work environment

    • Misleading, misguiding, or providing false information to partners, employees, service providers, customers, or the general public

    • Making unauthorized promises, income claims, or representations contrary to GoOne SOPs, policies, or legal declarations

  2. In such circumstances, GoOne shall have the absolute right to:

    • Terminate the agreement with immediate effect, without any prior notice

    • Suspend or permanently revoke all operational rights, access credentials, dashboards, and authorizations

  3. Upon termination:

    • All rights, titles, area assignments, and operational authorities of the DSOP shall stand automatically cancelled

    • Any amount paid or spent by the DSOP towards operations, infrastructure, setup, manpower, software, or service-level fees shall be non-refundable and forfeited

  4. The DSOP shall have no right to claim:

    • Any refund, compensation, damages, or continuation of earnings

    • Any future business, commission, or operational rights

  5. In cases involving fraud, gross misconduct, or willful misrepresentation:

    • Any existing or future lifetime earning rights from Service Provider Business shall also stand terminated

  6. GoOne reserves the right to initiate separate civil or criminal legal action if any financial, legal, or reputational loss is caused to the company.

  7. This clause shall not be interpreted as an investment forfeiture or capital loss, as all payments made by the DSOP are strictly towards service facilitation, operational readiness, and support, and not as an investment, deposit, or capital contribution.

 Termination shall be exercised in accordance with principles of natural justice, except in cases of proven fraud or gross misconduct.

All roles, payments, and engagements are governed by the respective agreements executed between the parties.

Any disputes, claims, or interpretations shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction defined in the relevant agreement.
